Tokyo's Subway

Be warned...

Tokyo's Finest

Awwwww this darling is simply too cute! It breaks my heart seeing it all alone in a pet shop when it could be having a fabulous time with me instead!

What can I say, I'm in love!

Season's Greetings

Here comes a little peek at my Christmas tree. Merry Christmas to you all!

株式会社三越 (Mitsukoshi)

How cute are these! Found them at Mitsukoshi department store here in Tokyo.

Nicolai Bergmann

Now I do declare that the best way to get over jetlag is to have something absolutely fabulous planned early on so that there is no way that you'd want to miss it by staying home sleeping.

For me this meant attending Nicolai Bergmann's Christmas party. Hosted at his impressive Minami Aoyama flower boutique.

During the party, Nicolai held a demonstration in which he put together a few flower arrangements which could be used as both center pieces for a lovely Christmas dinner or just as decoration.

Nicolai Bergmann and me, wearing my own design, Linnea by Linnea Nilsson.

It was such a lovely evening, filled with beautiful arrangements which made me slightly jealous that my own arrangement skills aren't exactly up to par. But perhaps in a few years...

Tokyo Haircut

Time to freshen up Tokyo style with a fabulous haircut with the help of Kenji. All while reading the latest issue of Vogue Nippon. Love it! Nothing makes me feel more glamourous and refreshed than a new do and a head massage. Also, I want to look my best for the Nicolai Begmann Christmas party which I'll be attending later this evening. Exciting!

Greetings From Tokyo, Japan

Greetings darling, I've now temporarily relocated to Tokyo, Japan. Artwork by me!

Christmas In Copenhagen

Got a taste of what Christmas must be like in Copenhagen as I visited Kastrup Airport for a quick transfer. The boutiques were all gorgeous and in full winter glory!

Royal Copenhagen's Christmas dinner collection...

Naughty Toys Not Just For Boys

Taking naughty to the next level with their window display, who else but Agent Provocateur... Love their drama and lingerie!

Opera At Selfridges

As fun and beautiful as Christmas may be, it certainly feels like winter has become a season for boutique beauty contests with the prize being increased sales. Madness is what it is as thousands try to get all of their shopping done before it is officially time to open the presents. Lucky for me, I've already purchased all of my Christmas presents and packed them into my already overflowing suitcase.

Either way I stopped by Selfridges where everything was in full swing with opera performances on the balcony, ballet dancers dressed in fluffy white tutus, and Marie Antoinette's in high white wigs running around. Loved it!

Breakfast At Tiffany's

As much as I love the movie Breakfast At Tiffany's with the darling Audrey Hepburn, I think I love reality more. What better way to celebrate an ordinary day than to see all of the Christmas displays in the big boutique windows lining Bond Street! It's a winter wonderland!

The lovely carrousel which also happens to be one of my favourite rides provided a beautifully fairy tale backdrop to some exquisite sparkly diamonds.

Darlings, I think I'll take them both!

A Day In Princi

Spent a cold winter day hiding out in the Italian Princi bakery near Soho before taking a stroll down Bond Street and the Burlington Arcade. All of the stores were in full winter mode with Christmas decorations filling the beautiful display windows.

Clearly others shared the same idea as me considering that Princi was packed with other hopefulls that wanted to escape the fierce bone shattering winds.

Winter Wonderland

This is the time to be truly merry as it's a winter wonderland and the dark evenings are lit up by infinite sparkles of lights. It's finally December, which can only mean one thing, ice skating and lots of it! I've yet to take a skate around the outdoor rink but couldn't be more excited to. Just a few more weeks! Imagine if I fell and broke my essential drawing hands before my upcoming assessment, that would be so shocking and absolutely catastrophic! I wouldn't want to risk it.

So for now I'll simply have to enjoy the view.
