Portobello Road, Notting Hill

Love! Visited the colorful streets of Portobello Raod and Notting Hill to stock up on some delicious cupcakes from Hummingbird Bakery! The buildings are super fabulous, I can't believe it!

Another thing Portobello is known for is the Portobello Road Market which has a large selection of antiques, clothing, vegetable stalls and second-hand shops. It's also perfect for stolling the streets and spotting great finds that you're unlikely to find anywhere else. A total must see!

Gwen Steffani, Marc Jacobs

Boom! It's time to get scent fabulous! There's nothing like a click or a smear that quickly vamps up your senses to make you feel "Sasha fierce". Saw these adorable testers of Marc Jacob's eau so fresh perfume Daisy and Gwen Steffani's limited edition fragrance Super G. Love! I'm a huge fan of the sporty Harajuku Lovers Fragrances by Gwen!

Fun Graffiti

Spotted! This cute little figure appears to be popping up in some of the most random places, yet they still have the capacity of making me smile. It's so much fun seeing something you recognize in a new and unfamiliar place. Reassuring, love! Keep it up!

The Rachel Zoe Project

The celebrity never seems to end! Attending London Fashion Week and meeting celebrity stylist and now fashion designer Rachel Zoe, all in the same weekend! Not only did I meet Rachel but also Rodger and her darling Baby Zoe (Skyler).

The fashionista was in town to launch her eponymous fashion label which, she says was influenced by 'Parisian elegance and London street style'. 'It's very Jane Birkin-y and Anjelica Huston-y and Bianca Jagger-y, with a splash of sequins, a little Liza Minnelli, thrown in.'

For those of you who don't know, the new season of The Rachel Zoe Project has premiered and it's time to prepare for a drama packed season four! 'I die'! So excited!

London Fashion Week: Street Style

Lots of fabulous people to be seen at Fashion Week however, I would have to say that James Goldstein and I definitely win the prize! Love his fabulously embellished red Balmain jacket! Hot stuff!

I rocked out in my own design for the bracelets and combined it with my fabulous Chanel Black Pearl nail polish and some flashy rings.

London Fashion Week

Darlings, guess who managed to score an invite to London Fashion Week!?!?!! Earlier this evening, I stopped by Somerset House in order to catch Swedish designer Ann-Sofie Back's show.

The photographers' pit was packed and their flashes were going off like crazy! The music was pumping and the people buzzing. The atmosphere was absolutely fabulous! Love!

So much fun! I also met up with the star designer Ann-Sofie herself after the show to discuss her success.

Conclusion- great evening!!!!

Hoxton Apprentice

Yesterday I went out for lunch at the restaurant Hoxton Apprentice and the food was delicious!

I had a delicious meal which consisted of chicken with steamed vegetables and potatoes dauphinoise. They also served a super fresh burger with the most amazing french fries ever! Love!

The service was great, as was the food!

As for dessert, I had this yummy lemon tart! So, if you ever find yourself in Hoxton, London, don't hesitate to try this delicious little find!

Hard At Work

Already within the first week here at Central Saint Martins we are pinning, nipping, tucking, and draping. It's really exciting! My creative juices have been jolted and are in full fury, it's so much fun to see what I can come up with at the end of the day!

I've also been indulging in the large, lovely library which stocks what seems like infinite intriguing books on fashion, art, lifestyle, design, etc. Loving every minute!

Primitive London

Visited the exciting boutique Primitive, which is a combined boutique, gallery and event space concept that collaborates closely with new and upcoming London and Tokyo based designers.

Bling! Invested in a macaroon handbag designed by Ruri Tayama. The design was part of her graduate collection.     おめでとう!

Camden Market

Naughty or nice? I think lovely! Stopped by the fabulously chic Camden Market which has a number of fun and exciting adjoining large markets.

The streets were packed with people strolling the streets and taking in the sights. I personally love coming here to find some statement pieces to jazz up my wardrobe, tastebuds or home. The atmosphere is simply terrific!

Yum, got some liquid refreshment in the form of a fresh frozen berry smoothie. Reow! There are lots of food stalls that sell treats from various different cultures and continents which makes it the perfect place for trying out new exciting flavours and cuisines.

Drama! For those of you who don't know, Camden is known for its goth! Love it, so Victorian!

Graffiti Town

Funky town! The best graffiti is without a doubt the kind that catches you off guard in a good way. The other day I was walking down the street and found this fabulous cartoon sprayed on a building. It put a big smile on my face and I simply had to share it. Love!

Jamie's Italian

Yum! I seriously love this place! The atmosphere is exciting although always very busy and crowded.  Seated next to the charcuterie, I had the perfect view of everything coming out of this section of the kitchen.

Call me dull, but I had the same meal as I always do when visiting Jamie's. I opted for the pear and prosciutto salad. It's super fresh and really delightful!

Naughty, naughty however, I feel no guilt over this kind of treat. A chocolate brownie with rasberry and cherry fillings,  paired with a wicked good vanilla ice cream on the side. Can't resist!

Liberty

Stopped by the iconic Tudor style department store which has always been synonymous with luxury and great design. I love that all departments in the shop have collections of both contemporary and traditional designs.

Flower power, known for their use of floral prints, it can feel like an oasis escaping from the sometimes ridiculous trends of the time and instead see this.

Stephen Jones Millinery

Almost immediately after getting off the flight I found myself outside the Stephen Jones Millinery Design Shop. I am a big fan of his work so it is always exciting to see his new designs. Lucky for me they had changed the window display since I was last here in April.

I am in absolute love with the large sand colored creation! Unfortunately I am not as keen on the fedoras but could still see myself rocking it if the opportunity presented itself.

Ready or Not, Here I Come

Watch out darlings because guess who's in town?

After a short flight, I am now in London. Can't wait to get out and explore the city but here is a sneak peak of what's to come.

The view from the plane was amazing! Here you can even see the London Eye. It is a giant 135 meter tall Ferris wheel situated on the banks of the River Thames, it is also the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom.
